If you filled out your survey, then your order is either already delivered or on its way! All packages that included kraken iron-on patches are prepped and labeled and will hit the mail stream tomorrow. :)
You should receive an email with tracking information when your package is in transit. If there are any issues with your rewards (wrong or missing items, damaged items, misspelled certificates) please contact me at [email protected] and I'll get it sorted.

Shipping! + Timeline on Kraken Patches

Just checking in to say shipping is underway and all packages (that do not include Kraken Iron-on Patches) will be mailed this week. Here's the current schedule:
Monday-Tuesday: "One Creature" Rewards
Wednesday-Thursday: "Two Creature" Rewards
Friday: "Three Creature" & "Four Creature" Rewards
Saturday: All remaining rewards and pre-orders!
If your rewards include a KRAKEN Iron-on Patch, the current estimate for the updated patches is June 6th. Packages will be prepped and waiting on those to arrive, then will go out immediately. I expect these to ship June 7/8 but will post an update if this changes.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your package is on its way. Please note that I am one sleepy freelancer doing my best, so if there's a mistake with your package (wrong or damaged items, etc) just hit me up and I'll correct it ASAP! Hopefully nothing slipped through, but if it did I'll fix it quickly. :)
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: All items are being sent via USPS first class package service.
Within the US, items will include tracking and should arrive within a week of the shipment date.
Outside of the US, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and note that tracking may stop as soon as the package goes international (depending on your local carrier). Please also note that all rewards are shipped in accordance with customs laws. I know this can be a pain in some countries, but unfortunately they're not something I can do much to assist with. If you aren't familiar with yours, it might be worth reading up so you know what to expect!

THEY'RE HERE! Photos, What's Next - Locking Addresses!

Hey guys! Finally, the update you've been waiting for - the rewards are in! There are more photos after the business part of this update, but here's a preview.
First off, I will be LOCKING ADDRESSES this week so that I can get started on shipment. You'll get an email from BackerKit giving you a heads-up on this, and it'll explain how to update your address if you need to. You'll have 48 hours to get it updated before addresses are locked in for shipment.
THE GREAT NEWS! On first pass, most of the designs and colors look great. The pin molds turned out lovely and the patches are incredibly clean and well-made.
The less great news! The only thing that doesn't pass muster for me are the Kraken patches. The colors got a little lost along the way, and while you have to work with what you've got when it comes to limited thread colors, these ones just don't line up with the original concept. Here's a photo so you can see what I mean:
I'm already working with the manufacturer to get a new run of them out ASAP. I'll keep you all posted, but I don't expect it to take too long. I will still be moving forward with fulfillment, just holding back rewards that selected the Kraken patch until I have the improved patches.
What's next? Next, I'll be going through every single pin and patch to check for errors. This will take a few days, but I expect to be putting packages together by this weekend. Shipments will go out in waves over the course of next week, and I will post milestone updates so you know how it's going.

Sorry for posting another update so soon, but I want to keep you guys in the loop as much as possible. Unfortunately, this isn't the exciting update I was hoping it would be. Being as transparent as I can - the manufacturer has been dealing with some kind of shake-up that has impacted the turnaround on the rewards. Production is underway, and they are still working hard to get everything packed and sent out tomorrow, but at this point I am expecting further delays. Hopefully these will be minor, but I don't want to assume so and leave you hanging in the meantime.
I've been working with the estimates they've been giving me, but I apologize for guaranteeing a date that I might not be hitting. Fingers crossed that the next update will be me announcing that they've arrived safely - either way, I'll check in next week so you all know what's up.
These delays aren't really in my control, but I will do my best to keep you apprised and am working with the manufacturer to get things done ASAP. I'm just as disappointed as you are, though, and very sorry for the setbacks. Thanks as always for your patience, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have questions.
